WORLUXTOOLS Discuss a project

Private label, built on finished models.

Every item in the catalog is already tooled. That makes a private-label programme a conversation about colour, branding and packaging rather than a new product development cycle.

01Brief

Send the model numbers, target market, quantity and the changes you need: handle colour, blade colour, logo, packaging or set composition.

02Configuration & quote

We confirm what is tooled and what needs a new mould or print run, then quote the configuration, packaging and carton quantities.

03Sampling

A sample is produced against the agreed configuration. Sample cost and lead time are confirmed with the quotation.

04Approval

You approve the sample, artwork and packaging proof. Nothing goes into production without that sign-off.

05Production & QC

Production runs against the approved sample. Cartons are checked for quantity, labelling and artwork before dispatch.

06Shipping

We ship against your forwarder or arrange one. Documents, carton list and packing details are issued before departure.

What can change

The variables that matter on shelf.

Not every model accepts every change. The quotation states exactly what is possible for the model you choose.

HandleMoulded colours across the range; existing colourways can be matched.
BladeWhite or black zirconia; finish confirmed per model.
BrandingLogo on blade, handle or packaging, subject to the method the model allows.
PackagingColour box, blister card, polybag, or a retail-ready set with insert.
SetsCombine catalog models into two- to five-piece sets with a stand or block.
LanguagePackaging copy and manuals in the destination language.

Minimums and lead times.

Minimum order quantity depends on the model, the packaging format and whether new print or tooling is involved. Stock models and existing colourways start lower than a new mould or a printed retail box.

Lead time is quoted per project: sampling, artwork approval and production are separate stages, and the production slot is confirmed once the sample is approved.

We do not publish a single MOQ or lead time because it would be wrong for most enquiries. Send the brief and you will get the numbers for your configuration.
